Susan Lynch has a Ph.D. in Strategic and International Management from London Business School and teaches courses in strategy and strategy implementation to MBAs and executives. Her research lies at the intersection of strategy implementation and organizational change. Prior to commencing her Ph.D., Professor Lynch spent over 7 years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York and Sydney, consulting to multinational companies.

Kevin McTigue is Professor of Marketing at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management teaching multiple classes for the MBA Program and Executive Education. His career spans over 20 years in teaching, consulting, brand management, and advertising. Before his full-time appointment, Kevin led the Strategy & Consulting practice in the central region of the U.S. for global digital agency SapientRazorfish. From marketing strategies to digital transformation roadmaps to creation of entirely new businesses.

Lechner earned her Ph.D. in Organization Management from Rutgers University in 2000. Professor Lechner is also involved in Management Consulting and Senior Executive Action Learning. A former Research Fellow at McKinsey & Co. and the founder of a boutique management consulting firm, her client list includes Fortune 500 firms in the Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Energy, Food, High Tech and Retail industries.
Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour at IMD. Jennifer is a social psychologist and is Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour at IMD. Prior to joining IMD, Professor Jordan was an Associate Professor and Rosalind Franklin Fellow at the University of Groningen in The Netherlands and a post-doctoral fellow at the Kellogg School of Management and Tuck School of Business in the United States. Professor Jordan's teaching, research, and consulting focus on the areas of digital leadership, ethics, influence, and power.
Professor at IE Business School. Moray graduated from the University of Wales with a BA in Political Science in 1988 before gaining an MA in economics from the University of London (London School of Economics). He then completed the professional exams as a lawyer with the College of Law in Guildford before gaining a diploma in dispute resolution at the London School of Economics (1999). Moray first studied negotiation as part of his legal studies, going on to train lawyers in negotiation skills at the International Development Law Organisation (IDLO) in Rome.
