In our work with Professional Service Firms, we often discuss their client’s needs or demands, as our corporate programs often aims to help people better serve their clients. The firm’s clients respond that they value the high-level advice, but they miss cross-practice collaboration – as well as a better understanding of the client’s strategic and commercial situation.

There is great value for professional service firms and their clients, if more cross-practice collaboration and cross-selling became – common practice. Together with firms, we develop corporate programs that help lawyers to develop their strategic, commercial and collaboration skills (we also create management/leadership initiatives for lawyers, as lawyers soon after university are into situations where they have responsibility for junior staff members etc.).

Strengthened professionalism at Gorrissen Federspiel Academy

Gorrissen Federspiel interviewed Mette Jul Marott, Senior Real Estate Counsel, for their annual report about the Gorrisen Federspiel Academy, a development program developed in collaboration with AVT Business School.

A large portion of gorrissen Federspiels Practice Area Counselors and Managing Counselors, as well as a few younger partners, returned to school as "students" at GF Academy in 2021. The customized course on strategy, business development, and networking was created in collaboration with AVT Business School.
