About Susan Lynch
Susan Lynch is an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at INSEAD and is based in Boston. She is an expert in the areas of strategy formulation and execution and has a PHD in Strategic and International Management from London Business School. She teaches courses and leads programs in strategy and strategy implementation for MBAs and executives and has experience in leading and designing programs that target the strategy development needs of different Fortune 500 organizations and leading government institutions. She teaches at the CBA – Strategy, Innovation & Growth, and Certificate in Strategy at AVT Business School.
Since moving to Boston, Susan spent two years as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Harvard Business School, where she taught the core strategy course to MBAs. Professor Lynch’s research lies at the intersection of strategy implementation and organizational change and considers how social networks impact the success of strategic change. Prior to her academic studies, Susan was a management consultant with McKinsey and Company for over 7 years, based in Sydney and then New York.
