Workshop: Learn how to use the frameworks of Blue Ocean
Participate in this workshop on the strategic frameworks of Blue Ocean, and learn how to create new market strategies. The workshop will be based on theories and frameworks from the book ‘Blue Ocean Shift’ by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne from INSEAD. Blue Ocean is a theoretical framework to guide industries and organizations in shifting from a red ocean full of competition to wide open blue oceans of new market space.
The workshop is case based, which enables you to gain a practical understanding of the theory, that you will be able to bring back and use in your organization.
In preparation you will receive an INSEAD Case Study which you will be expected to have read prior to the workshop.
Participation is free-of-charge but there is a limited amount of seats.
The workshop will be facilitated by AVT’s Adam Altenburg & Jesper Nytoft Bergmann.
