What data do we collect?

When ordering a course or program or registering on our sites, as appropriate, you may be asked for:

  • Personal identification information (your name, email address, phone number, company name, etc.)
  • other details could be your CV (excluding your CPR number) 

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide AVT with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies

AVT may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources (Where AVT does this we will notify you of the source of your personal data when AVT contacts you wherever possible):

AVT collects your data so that we can:

AVT securely stores your data at AVT and in the cloud on Microsoft 365, HubSpot, DigitalOcean and to a less extent DropBox.

AVT will keep your [enter type of data] for a period of 5 years. Once this time period has expired and you have not been in enrolled in a program, we will delete your data by erasing all information about your interest and other information that has been stored via cookies or emails etc.
